Each lane has a clear entry price: Engineering starts at $15,000 for scoped builds and sprint embeds, Advisory starts at $5,000 for a technical advisory session (due diligence and operating model work are scoped per engagement), and Retained fractional leadership and ops are scoped per engagement. The two productized reviews are a flat $999, and Prompt Optimizer starts at $2,500 for a fixed 2-week scope. Everything past that is quoted after a call, not billed hourly.
