MSP · IT Strategy · Managed Security

A specialist you can put in front of a client — embedded with your team, working under your account.

This page is for partners. Use it internally, send it to whoever runs IT strategy for your clients, or keep it as the rulebook for how we work together: we join your calls, schedule readouts with you, and hand the plan to your engineers. Clients should get the review pages and the sample report — proof of the work.

Your clients are asking about AI. Staffing a practice for it is the wrong move.

Copilot, ChatGPT, "what's our AI policy," and auditors asking what data is leaving the tenant — those questions are showing up in QBRs. You shouldn't have to hire a specialist bench to answer them, and you shouldn't have to send the client to an outside shop that takes the relationship with it.

what we are

The specialist behind your AI offering

Production AI engineering with GRC and security judgment. Reviews, builds, and advisory that attach to the IT strategy, M365, and security work you already sell.

what we are not

Not another MSP, not a seat reseller

We don't sell managed services, Microsoft licensing, EDR, or backup. We don't compete for the contract you already have.

how we show up

Embedded with your team

We join your calls as your specialist, schedule readouts with you, and co-brand the deliverables. On builds, a sprint embed sits inside your delivery, not beside it.

how you keep the account

Findings feed your services

Policy, Conditional Access, DLP, monitoring, and the ongoing IT strategy cadence stay with you. We leave a written plan your engineers can carry.

The four commitments we make in writing.

01

You own the account.

We work under your relationship. If one of your clients finds us directly, we route it back. We do not bid on your managed-services contract, your Microsoft book, or your security stack.

02

Quotes go through you.

We quote the partner, with scope and a fixed fee, before anyone talks numbers with the client. You decide what they see and what they pay — the commercial conversation stays yours.

03

We stay in your delivery motion.

You can be on every call. Readouts are scheduled with you. Deliverables can be co-branded. We can stay off the client invoice and join as your specialist.

04

We don't invent follow-on work they don't need.

Reviews stand on their own. If the findings belong with your team, we say so. If they belong in a scoped build, we quote that through you too — after the client has the written plan.

Talk tracks your team can use this week.

These are the client lines that usually mean a specialist should join the next call. Copy them, don't workshop them.

compliance & leakage

"People are pasting client data into ChatGPT."

That's the AI Compliance & Privacy Review. One week, written risk register, mapped to the frameworks that actually apply to that client — HIPAA, SOC 2, GDPR, and the rest.

what you can say We work with a specialist who inventories what's already leaving the tenant into AI tools and hands us a remediation plan. They work through us — we stay on the account. I'll send you what the report looks like.
productivity & copilot

"We bought Copilot. Nobody knows where the hours are."

That's the AI Opportunity Review. One week, written brief, ranked by hours — not by novelty. The sample report is the leave-behind.

what you can say Before we roll out more licenses, we run a one-week review that maps where the team is actually losing time. You get a written plan. We bring in a specialist we already work with; you're still our client.
audit & insurance

"The auditor / cyber insurer asked about AI."

Compliance review first. The written plan is something you can put in front of an auditor or a questionnaire without standing up an AI practice.

what you can say We don't guess at AI exposure. We run a fixed-scope review, get it in writing, and fold the controls into the stack we already manage for you.
they already know the build

"We need an agent / RAG / eval harness."

Skip the review. Go to Engineering or Advisory, or the Prompt Optimizer if the bottleneck is a production prompt they can already measure against.

what you can say That's a scoped build, not a workshop. We'll bring in the engineer we use for this and stay on the engagement. You won't be handed to a vendor you've never met.

What to send, depending on who is in the thread.

These pages are built to be forwarded. Each one shows the client what the work looks like and what they get at the end.

How a number gets in front of a client.

01

You describe the situation

30-minute call, or an email with the client context, stack, and which offer you want to attach. No client on the line yet if you don't want one.

02

We quote you

Fixed scope, fixed fee, to the partner. We invoice you; you add your margin and decide whether we are on the client SOW or only on yours.

03

You take it to the client

Send the leave-behind and your number. We join the intro as your specialist, or stay off-stage until kickoff — your call.

Who this partnership is for.

not a fit

Lead brokers and "AI agencies" shopping a rate card

If you need a public SKU to paste into a marketplace listing, this isn't it. If you want us to take the client and keep them, this isn't it. If the work is "make a ChatGPT wrapper by Friday" with no operating constraints, send them elsewhere.

FAQ

Is there a partner agreement or exclusivity?

We start with a working relationship, not a portal. For ongoing partners we put the four rules in a short agreement: account ownership, quoting through you, no sell-around, and how invoicing runs. We don't require exclusivity, and we don't ask for a minimum volume to take the first client.

Can we white-label the report?

Co-branded is the default we can turn around quickly. Full white-label — your letterhead, our name off the document — is scoped per partner so we're honest about whose name is on the work if an auditor asks. Raise it on the intro call.

What if the client wants to hire you directly later?

Then we talk to you first. We don't convert a partner-originated account into a direct relationship behind your back. If the client outgrows the MSP motion, that's your conversation to lead.

How fast can you start?

A review is a one-week analysis window after the discovery call. Builds are scoped after we know the workflow. If you have a QBR next week and need a specialist on the line, say so — that's what the intro call is for.

Do you work with our engineers, or instead of them?

With them. Handoff is the point. Reviews end in a plan your team can execute. Builds end in code and operating notes your team can own. Sprint embeds sit inside your delivery, not beside it.

Bring the next client question, not a deck.

30 minutes. Tell us the situation. We'll tell you whether to send a review page, skip to a build, or keep it in-house — and we'll quote you, not them.
