AI Opportunity Review · $999 · One Week

AI Opportunity Review — a $999, one-week plan for the hours AI could give back.

We find where your team is losing 4+ hours a week to drudge work that AI can absorb, then hand you a prioritized action brief — no vendor pitch, no slideware. $999 flat, one week from discovery call to readout.

One shape, three touchpoints, one written deliverable.

Every AI Opportunity Review runs the same way: a discovery call, a week of analysis, and a readout with a written brief. No open-ended discovery, no hourly billing.

01 · 30 MIN

Discovery call

We map your team's workflows, current tool stack, and where AI is (and isn't) already in use.

02 · 1 WEEK

Analysis window

Workflow drag mapping, tool-stack review, and a current-AI-usage audit, grounded in what's actually happening, not what people remember.

03 · 30 MIN

Readout + written brief

We walk through the prioritized action brief: where the hours are, what to fix first, and the hour-savings target for each recommendation.

What this review does not include.

So there's no ambiguity about what $999 buys.

  • Building, configuring, or deploying any tooling — that's the optional Tier 2 engagement, quoted separately after you've seen the findings.
  • Vendor selection, procurement, or contract negotiation on your behalf.
  • Ongoing monitoring, dashboards, or continuous optimization after the readout.
  • Data security or regulatory compliance assessment — that's a different lens; see the AI Compliance & Privacy Review.
  • Change management, training rollout, or org-wide culture initiatives.
  • Any work outside the one-week analysis window without a separate scoping conversation.

Who this review is built for.

Good fit

  • Your team suspects AI could absorb real manual work, but nobody's mapped where.
  • You want a written, prioritized brief — not a vendor pitch or a slide deck.
  • You have repeatable, describable workflows (support, ops, content, data entry, research) with real people doing them today.
  • You can spare one 30-minute interview and rough visibility into your current tools.

Not a fit

  • You already know exactly what you want built — go straight to Services or the Prompt Optimizer.
  • Your primary concern is sensitive data leaving the org via AI tools — that's the AI Compliance & Privacy Review.
  • You're looking for a free consultation or open-ended discovery call.
  • You're a solo operator or very early-stage team without repeatable workflows yet.

What the written brief looks like.

This is the structure of the deliverable, not a real client document — every section below is filled in with your findings, not a generic template.

acme-corp · ai-opportunity-brief.pdf sample structure
Deliverable structure
01 Executive summary Where the hours are going, and what's most urgent to fix
02 Workflow & tool-stack inventory Current tools, workflows, and owners, as they actually run today
03 Opportunity findings Ranked by estimated hour-savings, not by novelty
04 Tool recommendations Fit to your existing stack, no vendor pitch
05 Prioritized action plan Phased, with an hour-savings target per action
06 Tier 2 scope (optional) If you want us to implement the plan

You get a plan. What you do with it is up to you.

The review stands on its own. If the findings justify more, here's what that looks like.

option 2

Run it yourself

Take the written plan to your own team. No obligation, no pressure to buy more — the review stands on its own.

FAQ

What people usually ask before booking a review.

What does the $999 include?

The $999 covers the full engagement: the 30-minute discovery call, the one-week analysis (workflow drag mapping, tool-stack review, current-AI-usage audit), the 30-minute readout call, and the written action brief — an executive summary, ranked findings, and a prioritized action plan with hour-savings targets. Done-for-you implementation is a separate, optional Tier 2 engagement, quoted after you've seen the findings.

How much of my team's time does it take?

Mainly the 30-minute discovery call and the 30-minute readout — about an hour of your time, plus whatever it takes to grant tool access or point us to a handful of workflows. We do the analysis; we don't need your team in meetings all week.

What access do you need?

We start with a structured interview, then, with your permission, review telemetry from tools you already run (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, your AI vendors) via standard OAuth and admin scopes, so the inventory reflects what's actually happening, not just what people remember. Prefer not to grant access? We work from your team's exports instead. Either way: conversation first, no inbox-trawling.

What happens after the review?

You get a written plan you can act on with or without us. Some teams take the findings to their own engineers. Others move into Tier 2 (done-for-you implementation, from $1,995), the Prompt Optimizer engagement, or a larger scoped build — whichever the findings point to. There's no pressure to buy more; the review stands on its own.

What's the difference between this and the AI Compliance & Privacy Review?

Same shape, different lens. This review looks for where AI can absorb hours of drudge work your team is already doing manually. The AI Compliance & Privacy Review looks at what sensitive data is already flowing into AI tools and what regulatory exposure that creates. Not sure which fits? Book the call and we'll help you pick.

Who is this NOT for?

Teams that already know exactly what they want built and just need engineering hours — go straight to Services or the Prompt Optimizer. Teams whose primary concern is sensitive data leaving the org via AI tools — that's the AI Compliance & Privacy Review. And teams looking for a slide-deck strategy exercise rather than a written, actionable plan grounded in actual tool usage — that's not how we run these.
